All sod must be pre-paid with a credit card when ordered. Once the sod is harvested, there can be no cancellations. Southland Sod cannot harvest sod in inclement weather (e.g. rain), although delivery will take place in the rain if the sod has already been cut. The sod is delivered on pallets and dropped at the address given. Due to the nature of the product, there will be no returns allowed. Saddleback Supply and/or Southland Sod cannot be held resonsible for measurement calculation errors made by the customer. The customer is responsible for payment on all products, applicable delivery costs and taxes. Saddleback Supply and/or Southland Sod Farms cannot be held responsible for sod if it is not installed within the suggested guidelines/instructions provided on the installation instructions on this site. Saddleback Supply and/or Southland Sod Farms warrants that all sod at the time of delivery is in fair quality. Failure to inspect the sod and/or report any defects to Saddleback Supply and/or Southland Sod Farms in writing within 10 days after receipt of sod shall be deemed acceptance of the sod in its present condition. There is a one year guarantee on any sod that Saddleback Supply and/or Southland Sod Farms sells, please refer to the guarantee on this site.
