TO REPLACE ANY DEAD AREAS OF A MARATHON LAWN WITHIN ONE YEAR OF INSTALLATION
SADDLEBACK SUPPLY IS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR SOUTHLAND SOD FARMS. | If you feel that you've done everything right in installing and upkeeping your sod, and you've met the following criteria, Southland Sod Farms will replace your sod at NO CHARGE. Please read the following carefully, and if you have any questions or concerns, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-286-7263 and they will assist you.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL APPLY
1. Lawn owner must demonstrate that he has made a reasonable effort to care for the lawn properly
in terms of installation, watering, fertilizing, and mowing. Fertilizing with MARATHON FERTILIZERS
is recommended.
2. Lawn owner must notify SOUTHLAND SOD FARMS within 10 days of the first appearance of dead
lawn areas.
3. Lawns without a PERMANENT UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION SYSTEM will not qaulify. An automatic
controller is recommended.
4. Lawns in shaded areas limiting more than 50% of sunlight will not qualify.
5. Lawn areas burned by pet urine, or improper application of fertilizers or chemicals will not qualify.
THIS GUARANTEE IS LIMITED TO SUPPLYING REPLACEMENT SOD ONLY. NO LABOR CHARGES,
PESTICIDE TREATMENTS, DELIVERY OR OTHER COST ARE COVERED
